I have been attending your yoga sessions since last three weeks and practicing the same at home too. I am a Rheumatoid Arthritis patient since two years. After the 4 weeks of the training period, I've lost 4 KGs of my excessive weight and added to this, I got rid of being lazy (some times)... Added to the above, there is no trace of the unbearable Knee pain that I have developed over months.
